Return window
Unused products can usually be returned within 5–7 days of delivery, subject to product condition and packaging.
Eligible returns
Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or store credit.
Non-returnable items
Personal care items opened after delivery, custom/combo deals marked final sale, and damaged items caused by misuse may not be eligible.
